This is by far the best book I've ever read. I have felt broken hearted for many years as a result of several losses due to the death of loved ones as well as relationships ending as a result of a break-up. I have NEVER in my life been able to put this issue "to bed" and move forward in a stable, fulfilling way without being saddled somewhere with these very painful issues of loss and longing.
I came home to my true self - I don't long for anyone or anything. I have found the gift of unconditional love for myself and everyone I meet through this book.
Read it. . . it will change your life. . . forever and ever. I can't recommend it enough to you. Tony Kent has a gift for writing in a way that is easy to understand, profound and life-changing.
