5 who get 5
EVALUATION PROCESS

And how to build a solid organization

This is not intended to be a quick read. I have taken time to write it and I hope you will take time to read it, and study it, and above all implement the ideas. The ideas are not mine, they have been taught to me, shared with me and passed on to me, just as I am passing them on to you.

The creator of this program is my friend and mentor Rick Tonita, and it is to him and his talented team at Global Partners that I owe so many thanks for this education.

IMPORTANT

I would suggest not talking to anyone about StemEnhance until you have read the following.

The reason this page mentiones 5 who get 5 is that is that this will help you build a very strong organization. It is a lot easier to help 5 people each get five customers and 5 partners than for you to get that many people yourself. ( Please do not be confused if later on in other pages it mentions get 2 who get 2, or 3 who get 3. The principles are the same but some comp plans differ.)

I am new to the StemEnhance experience, though not new to the industry, and I have worked in this kind of compensation plan before, and done very well. I have some thoughts that I hope you will find encouraging. Most everyone involved in this industry dreams of having a "heavy hitter" come under them. The reality is that few of us ever find that "heavy hitter". The easiest way I know of to have a "heavy hitter" in your group is to become one yourself. I believe that it is possible to build a very substantial organization with a system that honors everyone, where everyone does a little rather than a few who do a lot. I want to impress upon you that if you build an organization with "5 who get 5" philosophy, and you make this a consistent pattern in your organization, that over a prolonged period of time you can create truly predictable, sustainable, long-term income that can bring you and those on your team a lot of abundance..

Why do I say this? Because if you build your business based on one person, if something happens with that person, your business can be affected immensely, where as if you build teams with the "5 get 5" system, more people can do it, and it can last longer.

And I believe it is easier to find someone who can get 5 who get 5 than a heavy hitter. I joined StemEnhance because I see a long term possibility, so I am intending to build for endurance, and am not going to look at trying to sprint, because I know that I can only run fast for a limited time. I do believe there are benefits in taking massive action, but not the kind of massive action that leaves a lot of broken hearts in the wake.

If you take the time to read through this, I can show you how using these principles you can create predictable, long term residual "walk-a-way" income in less than 18 months by making a commitment to sponsor five people and attracting 5 customers to your business. This is called a strategic marketing unit. Both of your business partners must be willing to make the same commitment.

I have been in the industry for quite a while now, and I truly love it. I love that you can only earn a portion of what you help others earn. This industry is based on the law of reciprocity. If you give enough great value to a lot of people, the universe will reward you. You have probably all heard the phrase "I would rather earn 1% of what 100 different people each earn, than 100% of what one person earns." In almost every organization I have been involved with most of my volume ends up coming from a few people, so my personal dream, of wanting to help many to help themselves, has never been fulfilled.

There are three basic competencies that must be learned. In the words of Rick Tonita, here they are.

The three competencies to create an organization made up of Strategic Business units

(two or three first level business partner and four customer households are:

1/ Creating professional and rewarding relationships.
2/ Profiling, selecting and developing business partners.
3/ Profiling, selecting and servicing customers.

You will read a lot in what follows about the first two of these competencies. The third will be taught to you at a later time. One of the greatest joys that come from building a team is that you get to choose who you want to work with. The invitation process that Rick has devised with his team at Global Partners, will help you to invite people to evaluate a partnership with you and with us in a professional and elegant manner. You will be proud to talk to people using these concepts.

I already have a large organization with a company, so I was not particularly looking to come and build again, but I see something in StemEnhance that I have never really seen since the days of the early telecommunication MLM's, and that is they are in the front of an enormous trend that is growing very rapidly, and that can be shared fairly easily. A lot of fortunes were made by the people that got in early with telecommunications, because they were in front of the trend. What I see here, is a company that has one of the hottest products in today's market, a fabulous product that is unique and Stem Tech is the only company in the world for people to find this product. And I find it very exciting that they have not yet started momentum.

I want you to understand something. Even if you don't have a "heavy hitter" under you, you have one in your line if you are open to the concept that we are all building one line, which is StemEnhance. There are many "heavy hitters" already in StemEnhance, and this is to your benefit, because you can use their growth, their expertise and share their story. Anytime that people create momentum and earn fast income in a company, that story attracts a lot of attention and you can use that energy to build your own team. One of the greatest benefits of network marketing for me has always been personal growth. When and if a company goes down and you lose your check, you still have what you have learned. When a company attracts people who have earned consistently big checks with other companies, we can learn from them. We can also use their mentorship, and learn from them the skill sets that they use to build large organizations.

As I mentioned, I have been in the industry for a number of years, and I have built a number of teams, and I am excited with the prospect of what I can learn from the people who have chosen StemEnhance. Many of the StemEnhance leaders have earned some really strong incomes before, and if you listen to the calls you have the chance to hear from multiple real million dollar a year earners in this industry. How valuable is that? And there are people in the field with not only wealth but massive amounts of experience, so what does that tell you? You have access to their mentorship, and that means you can learn the principles and work ethics they have developed and used to attract that wealth.

Another reason, and for me the main one, that I chose StemEnhance was that I wanted to build an organization with my kids, who are now of age that they can learn this business. I love the fact that StemEnhance has a program that I believe anyone can get "5 who get 5", and the idea of co-creating an organization with my family and close friends is worth more to me than any amount of money I could ever earn.

I also see this as an opportunity to get some of my friends involved who have tried some other companies with me but found it too hard. Either it was too costly to get started or required too many customers and too much selling. Success with StemEnhance feels to me to me to be within the grasp of anyone willing to put in the effort. I can share with you some ideas of how to do this, in a simple and duplicable manner, but I can not give you the why. I cannot give you the burning desire. That has to come from you. You have to furnish the desire and the worth ethic and be coachable. The success can than come from following the systems. I am really confident that using the warm market invitation taught below and the co-op system described elsewhere on the site, that anyone should be able to find their five to six partners within the first few months. I mention six just because that way if one of your people does not keep their commitments you are prepared to replace them.

I am happy because I think this is a simple plan, a sizzle product, and everyone knows 5 people who knows 5 people who would like better health and would like to earn a serious check every month. I don't think I have ever seen such a simple and duplicable concept.

One of the things that attracted me to networking was the promise that ordinary people can make extraordinary income. Now personally, I don't believe anyone is ordinary. I think every individual is a divine creation with unlimited potential. Even a heavy hitter at one point had never recruited anyone, so if you are just starting, or if you are a seasoned veteran but never had much success, I hope you will see the value of what I am going to share with you here. Even the biggest and best "heavy hitter" started somewhere, and as one of my sons said, "hey, they may be good, but no one is ten times better than me." So if most people just earn 10% of the leaders they will still be earning significant income. In fact, if the leaders can not teach others they will not have much income themselves.

What I am going to share with you was taught to me by someone who has put it in practice. It works. It has worked more than once, and in different comp plans. It is based on ideas and theories that were researched and proven to be effective. It has worked for me. Using this concept I recently built a very large organization, so I know it works. It all started with who I chose as partners and how I chose them. A lot of good people doing a little can create predictable and sustainable long term residual income.

This is for those of you who might want to consider inviting people from your own sphere of influence to share the StemEnhance experience.

Research has shown that 97% of people have wished that someone would recognize their talent and invite them into an exciting opportunity and be mentored to success.

As I said above, the following was taught to me by one of my mentors, Rick Tonita, and I am very grateful to be able to share it with you.

I believe that one of the keys to being successful in network marketing is to choose your partners carefully so that you create a high performance team.

StemEnhance is something that comes around once in a very long while. It has been over a decade since the industry has seen a new billion dollar company.

I feel that StemEnhance is in the really early stages of preparing for hyper growth. When hyper growth actually starts, I am hoping you can see the benefit of having already built a team of leaders so that the growth of your team will be magnified considerably. If you were going to go to some place where they were going to be handing out $100 bills would you rather go alone and get one or get there with a team of 100 people, many of whom were your family and friends.

This is what I feel is important to understand. To really build long term and sustainable income, it is important to be able to delay gratification. This system could really take 15-16 months before you start to really reach a residual six figure income, if you and your team follwo the plan. Isn't it worth it to wait for a year and a half if after that you will be financially free? You can go faster, but not everybody else will feel the need to.

In starting out with your business, doesn't it make sense to choose your team carefully. There is nothing wrong with the 3 foot rule for finding people, and surely the Internet has proven to work for cold market, but I know that a lot of you have some pretty big dreams and some very lofty goals.
As we are each building our teams, it makes sense to choose your leaders carefully. I want my partners to be people that I feel are able to manage a large organization, will use principles I respect and be someone of integrity that I enjoy working with.

You can't build an organization bigger than yourself,

so you want to grow and expand and become a bigger person,

and choose people that will grow with you.

In MLM, often people prospect people that they don't necessarily look up to, because they fear rejection. For instance, let's say on a level of 1-10, 10 being high, you consider yourself a 7 in relation to your own self esteem. So a 7 goes to a 6 or a 5, hoping that person will join because they look up to you. That person then goes to a 5 or 4 and by the time you get a few levels into your down line, the majority of your people are 3's and 4's, and not leaders. If instead you go to 8's and above, people that you look up to, then you are "sponsoring up" and you then can teach them to do the same.

In this business and in our comp plan, I believe that the best way to build is invite strong partners and then ask them to do the same. I would want my partners to come in and be willing to be held accountable to our co-created goals for our business. I would want them to be committed to building a six figure income and hold their partners to the same commitment, and be willing to work at least 5-7 hours a week.

You will show them that you have a system, that the system is duplicable and that it is professional and that it honors everyone involved. Invite your partners in a way that feels good to them and to you, and you will create a charismatic situation that attracts quality individuals. Here is how I evaluate and invite my partners.

Evaluation

The key is to make a list of everyone from your database. Censor no one at this stage. Let us say that you have the name of Donald Trump in your data base. Do not think, "Oh he wouldn't be interested." You could always approach him and ask him if all his friends are doing well, or if some of them didn't get hurt in the last few years in the dot com industry, or lost a high paying executive position due to lay offs. You could say that you have something that could be a life raft for them, and if he will share his sphere of influence, you would build a position for his favorite charity, (which might be himself). You will not know 95% of the people that will eventually build your paycheck, so do not exclude anyone in the evaluation process too quickly.

There will be four categories that you'll evaluate the person on.

They are:
Entrepreneurship
Sphere of Influence
Personal Responsibility
Intangibles

The rating system is 0-3, with you being a 2.

1. How does this person rate in Entrepreneurship compared to you--same as you? (they get a 2) less than you? (they get a 0 or a 1) more than you? (they get a 3).

2. How vast is this person's sphere of influence? same as you? (they get a 2) less than you?
(they get a 0 or 1) more than you? (they get a 3).

3. By Personal Responsibility, we don't only mean that they'd be responsible to carry through on something they said they would, but also taking responsibility for the choices they make. In other words, not blaming other people for their "misfortunes" or problems. Sometimes people are very entrepreneurial but don't have the personal self discipline to carry through on their goals. Same as you? (they get a 2) less than you? (they get a 0 or 1) more than you? (they get a 3).

4. Intangibles means things you can't really categorize like, do you really like the person or do you shudder every time you see their name on the caller id. Is he your brother and you love him dearly?....things like that. Maybe the person lives with you and so you give a plus 1 or even plus 2 because you really want to do the business with this person. Maybe their personality so bothers you they get a minus 1 or even a minus 2. Another example is the person might have a very weak sphere of influence, not be very entrepreneurial, so they have a low score, but they have worked for you as a housekeeper for ten years, helped you with your children, etc. and you consider them a part of your family and you would really like to mentor them to success. You might then add a point or two.

Look now for diversity of competencies, so you build a multi talented high performance team. Look to penetrate new cultures and new markets. Look for both sexes, for different skill sets and for a variety of thinking. Ask yourself if your choices as partners are continuous learners, good at teaching, bi lingual, a team player, good at marketing, tenacious, accountable, influential, resilient, honest, caring or other qualities that are important to you. Ask if the timing is right for the person, because even with all else in place, if the timing is not right, you will have a tough road to travel to bring this person in as a partner.

ENJOY THE PROFILING PROCESS!

You want your partner to feel appreciated.

When you've evaluated your people in all four categories, add up the numbers.
Pretty much anything 6/7 or above would be people you'd be interested in
presenting this opportunity to.

Now comes the really fun part.

Now take a separate sheet for you highest scoring people, and copy the numbers on the sheet along with their name. Next you will answer two questions about each person whose name appears on a sheet. First write down two reason's why you want to partner with this person. An example might be, "Every time Jeff and I have done something together, we have both created truly awesome results. We totally trust and respect each other and have always dreamed about doing a big project together."

Next write down two reasons why this person would benefit from partnering with you, your high performance team and the StemEnhance organization.

Then, when you call each person, you come from the place of the benefits for them , whether you know that they're saving money for their kids' college education, need money for a down payment on a house, want to retire from corporate America and work out of their homes, want to pay down credit card bills, etc. The fact that you've actually thought about their needs and dreams can open hearts. You want your partner to know that they have the talents and abilities your are looking for to build a global organization. When you have your cards ready, and before you call them, work with a team mate to really get a feel of how you would like to make your presentation. Set up a 3-way with your sponsor/partner or someone in your upline, to review the process and brain storm together. This will help you decide how to approach these people.

As you review these people with your partner, pay attention to your feelings about each person. This is really an amazing process, because you will truly reconnect with the people you are going to invite, and by the time you are ready to invite these people, you will have really visualized and processed what working with them would be like.

Vision does become reality!

Decide the first few people you would like to call, and after each call, get back to your partner and evaluate what happened. This way you can make adjustments as to what you might do to improve your next invitation. I feel that done properly, you should find your two partners before you have even finished your first list.

This is a great privilege - to be included in an exciting opportunity and then be able to choose who we want to partner with.

Now if you want to create some momentum in your organization I would suggest setting a goal of completing this process within 72 hours. Goals are only effective for me when I set a deadline. The speed of the team will be the speed of the leader. If part of the system you are using is to GET 2 WHO GET 2 then if everyone does this is 72 hours you can cycle a lot faster. One more thing I want to add is that I want you to enjoy the process. This is a fun business, and if you approach people in the spirit of professionalism and fun, they will find the process charismatic and want to be a part of it. A group of experienced team leaders are in the process of creating a training that you will be able to plug into . The purpose of this training will be to help you with the 2 WHO GET 2 process. No matter who you talk to or choose to partner with, remember to treat them the way you would like to be treated. Don't hype them or exaggerate anything, or make income claims. This opportunity is so good that you don't have to hype anything. Just simply tell the truth.

Treat their heart the way you want people to treat your hear
